These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NeedleNote Artist and related services ("NeedleNote", "we", "our", or "the app"). By using NeedleNote, you agree to these Terms.
Professional use
NeedleNote is a professional studio management tool for tattoo artists. You are responsible for the accuracy of client records, waivers, aftercare information, and any other content you enter or share.
Your data
Client and session data is stored on your device by default. Optional cloud features require an account and your consent. You retain ownership of the content you create in the app.
Membership
NeedleNote Artist offers Free and Pro membership plans. Studio and Organisation tiers may be offered later. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store according to the plan you select (and Google Play if NeedleNote Artist becomes available on Android in the future). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the renewal date. Your records remain yours if a subscription ends.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse NeedleNote, attempt to access other users' data without authorisation, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
Disclaimer
NeedleNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide medical, legal, or regulatory advice. Waivers and aftercare templates are starting points only — you are responsible for compliance with local requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeedleNote and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of NeedleNote after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
